As our smallest manufacturing facility, GSN Shenzhen was designated from its start-up to serve as a pilot center for social innovation. This means that we are constantly reflecting on our ethical approach and realigning our code of conduct with regard to pro-actively protecting human rights.

Every revised practice or new social activity is tested first to evaluate the effects on the work performance of the employees as much as on their social well-being. If the anticipated value added does not prove to be sustainable or beneficial on the long-term, the practice or social activity is either reassessed or discontinued.
