LIF & ZIF
ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) and LIF (Low Insertion Force) connectors play pivotal roles in various electronic devices like computer hardware, medical equipment, and robotics. They facilitate seamless connections between components such as integrated circuits (ICs) and printed circuit boards (PCBs). Their design enables effortless component insertion and removal without the need for excessive force, thereby mitigating the risk of damage to both the components and the PCB.

NEXT-GEN MINI SPRING PINS
A Spring Pin Connector consists of a tube containing a spring and a pin. The spring pushes the pin against the contact pad on a PCB and creates a reliable and Vibration resistant electrical contact.
Optional custom-designed pins with spring pressures and working heights to your specification. Pick & place cap for fully automated assembly available. Optional custom-design including different shapes of both pin and connector housing, shielding, packaging or compatible female side connection.

NEXT-GEN FFC EASY-MATE & SAFE-MATE
EASY-MATE
Thanks to the locking latch attached to the rear, inserting the cable is easier and quicker during mass production.
The inner contacts are arranged in a double row, so that cables equipped top and bottom with contacts can be inserted in the same connector.
The connectors are available in pitches of 0.3 mm, 0.5 mm, and 1.0 mm. This innovative contact system has passed all standard vibration
tests (SMBT, road vehicle tests, etc.) and guarantees very reliable contact even in vibrating vehicles.
SAFE-MATE
A latching system ensures that the locking pins on the cable engage in the connector.
The connector can only be closed if the cable is inserted correctly. The latching system ensures
secure insertion of the cable and very high retention forces.

A CONNECTOR SYSTEM THAT OFFERS ONE OF THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF CONTACT RELIABILITY
Next-Gen. 1.0mm has been specially designed for difficult assembly conditions, whether it be the speed
and force of assembly or an awkward cable position. Special alignment guides prevent incorrect mating.
The plastic housing has an improved design that reliably protects against damage.
