In its continuous efforts to innovate manufacturing electronic connecting solutions, GSN Shenzhen offers an exciting career opportunity to aspiring management talents – the GSN BETTER Leadership Pilot.
Young leaders qualify for the programme once they have achieved the career level of a department head or above at GSN Shenzhen. It is designed to help the participant gain insight in every aspect of the General Management of a company in order to develop their leadership skills. The Co-Operative Management Board substitutes the common concept of the single General Manager and all decisions and actions are to be taken jointly by the Management Board in order to effectively lead the company. In addition, the partcipants are trained through ongoing mentoring by the Group CEO and CHRO.
In the future, GSN will be led by a four-headed board with a female quota of 50%. When facing our customers,suppliers and other business partners externally, the two chairpersons of the board will be authorized to act as deputy GMs.
